1. When will my order arrive?

  • International: 14 – 31 business days

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping usually takes 14 – 31 business days, depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

4. I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

Tracking information is updated as soon as possible after your order has shipped. If it’s been more than a few days since your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for an update.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we are actively working on making that option available soon. We appreciate your understanding and support.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee modifications.

7. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll make it right!
